Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of evoke's websites, attendee products, organizer tools, admin interfaces, ticketing flows, event pages, and related services. By accessing or using evoke, you agree to these terms.

If you are using evoke on behalf of an organization, venue, or event business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and promptly update your account details. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by evoke's own failure to secure the platform.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account presents security, fraud, misuse, or legal risk.

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event details, inventory, pricing, venue information, legal compliance, permissions, safety planning, and the fulfillment of their published event commitments.

Attendees are responsible for reviewing event details before purchase. Ticket availability, seating, lineup, timing, and venue conditions may change, and organizers remain responsible for operational delivery of their events.

Payments are processed through third-party providers. Fees, taxes, settlement timelines, and payout controls may vary by organizer setup, location, payment method, or event category.

Refund eligibility is determined by the organizer's published policy, applicable law, platform rules, and any separate event-specific terms. evoke may assist in dispute handling, but organizers remain responsible for honoring valid refund obligations where required.

You may not use evoke to commit fraud, impersonate others, scrape protected data, resell access without permission, upload infringing or unlawful content, interfere with platform security, or violate event safety rules or applicable law.

You may not use the admin or organizer interfaces to access data beyond your authorization or to attempt to circumvent role-based access controls.

evoke retains all rights in the platform, software, branding, and service materials. You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant evoke a non-exclusive license to host, display, process, adapt, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, trademarks, images, or recordings you upload do not violate third-party rights.

We may modify, suspend, improve, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific feature permanence, or that all experiences will remain identical across regions, devices, or release channels.

Mock, beta, preview, or pre-release functionality may change materially before production launch.

evoke provides the service on an as-available basis except where otherwise required by law. We do not control every aspect of third-party events, organizer conduct, venue operations, or payment network performance.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, evoke will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the evoke contracting entity and may be supplemented by event-specific terms, organizer policies, and payment-provider requirements where relevant.
